During the unfortunate pandemic, the role of doctors and nurses becomes incredibly valuable and significant. This piece is a reimagining of Raja Ravi Verma's artwork, in which a doctor takes the form of a Goddess. People prayed and thanked the doctors for being the public's last hope. They are deserving of a tribute, and this artwork is one way to do so. My piece also takes into account the growing role of women in our society.
